  Nous avons passé 4 jours chez Juliane et Ariel, et avons adoré le loft ainsi que le quartier. Un peu loin a pieds du centre de Santa Teresa, mais nous... read more n’avons et aucun souci à trouver des taxis pour descendre ou remonter. Par ailleurs, il y a un petit restaurant excellent à 100m de chez eux, ainsi qu’un petit bar très sympathique. Le loft est décoré avec goût et la vue est époustouflante. Juliane avait pris soin d’y déposer quelques jouets pour enfants et notre fils était ravi ! Le petit déjeuner de Juliane est juste une merveille. En tant qu’hôtes, ils ont été très réactif et accueillant, nous ont donné de bons conseils et nous ont permis de rester chez eux en attendant notre vol du soir. Si nous revenons à Rio, nous reviendrons chez Juliane c’est certain !

However, reserving the ubers really helped. 10/10 stay.

We were served a lovely vegan breakfast, had a wonderful massage and jacuzzi bubble bath and deep sleep in a very comfortable bed. Total decompression after a long flight!

The Loft is hugely spacious and stylishly decorated, set up above Rio in the lush and peaceful green area of Santa Teresa.

The only downside was we felt slightly stranded as sometimes taxis and Ubers were difficult to order and a bit disappointed that the swimming pool was out of action. However, everything else made up for this.

This place exceeds the expectation. It's so beautiful and magical. The ambiance, location, and views make this place so special and unique.
Ariel and Juliane add another dimension to the experience. I briefly met Juliane before her Europe trip. She got me introduced to several art&culture groups and hiking groups. It helped me to explore the city in no time. I can call myself a Carioca now 😀
Ariel was always there to address my concerns. He offered his personal phone wifi when there was a brief internet outage. He paid for services when I ran out of cash. Never expected this level of hospitality from airbnb hosts.
Food service is another perk of staying here. Rosy is an awesome cook. She and Terri served delicious breakfast and lunch with professional touch.
The overall experience is very rewarding.

Em uma parte do Loft tivemos uma vista panorâmica para a cidade do Rio e outra parte para a natureza. (O ponto alto é o Jacuzzi que dá a impressão de estar tomando banho no meio da mata).
Não deixe de experimentar o café da manhã da Juju. Cada dia tivemos uma nova surpresa e a gente ficava ansioso pra descobrir o menu do dia. Uma verdadeira explosão de sabores com ingredientes locais escolhidos e preparados com muito amor pela mente criativa da Juju!

C’est l’équilibre parfait entre intimité, bienveillance et échanges. Vous serez à votre place. Le loft est splendide….. rien à dire, la vue est à couper le souffle, les équipements sont parfait, la décoration est parfaitement pensée, la salle de bain est unique est l’emplacement est parfait. Le petit déjeuner est excrément bon et complet,( parfois un peu trop, une sieste sera nécessaire pour terminer) vous serez surpris du pouvoir du vegan. Enfin, c’est un gros coup de cœur pour Juliane et ariel, leur personnalité rajoute un charme à la maison, ils répondent dans des temps records, vous laisse votre intimité, sont extrêmement gentils et je suis sur qu’ils sauront parler votre langue quelques soit. En bref, c’est un 10/10.

Juliane war immer ansprechbar und hat mir sogar mit einem Problem mit meiner Kreditkarte geholfen. Der Aufenthalt war perfekt!

Juju and Ari have... read more wonderful family and they made harmonic and peaceful oasis, where you could be a part of it. They were always here for us, and help us in one very stressful situation. After a day spent in hectic jungle city of Rio it was perfect experience to drink beer and watch city lights from terrace, or to wake up in very soft comfortable bed in shadow of bamboo trees, or just to play with cute friendly dogs. Be surrounded by all those nature and wonderful people helped us to charge our batteries again. Only minus is that we couldnt stay longer. One advice for other guests: Bring your mosquito sprays, it could help a lot!

Juliane also helped coordinate a fabulous massage for me, cooked me great vegan tacos, made my stay easy, and her gratefulness and expansiveness is contagious! I ate at the little local restaurant right down the way and made friends there. The world is small but full of big kindness - this place celebrates that!

  The loft is wonderfully beautiful, Juliane and Ariel (and their baby son) are great hosts who were very helpful and friendly.

  Absolutely loved my stay here. Beautiful views, comfortable bed, awesome spot. Juliane and her team are awesome. And the dogs are the sweetest. Highly recommended!
